Dynamic Signature Service 能讓 Endpoint Protection 改善其識別 (或排除) 潛在威脅的功能。 Forefront Endpoint Protection 使用此服務檢查最新的簽章，即時驗證潛在威脅是否為實際威脅，如果是的話，Endpoint Protection 會嘗試清除此威脅。 此外，此服務也能讓程式對實際上不是威脅的已偵測到項目判定「誤判」狀況，並在發現誤判時加以修正。
