將次要教師新增至班級Add a secondary teacher to a class

學校可能會想要將次要教師新增至類別或區段。A school may want to add a secondary teacher to a class or section. 下列程式可讓 IT 系統管理員進行必要的變更,並將次要教師新增至班級。The process below allows IT Administrators to make the required changes and add the secondary teacher to a class.

若要將成員新增至群組To add a member to a Group

  1. 瀏覽至 Office 365 系統管理中心。Browse to the Office 365 admin center.

  2. 在左側瀏覽窗格中,按一下 [群組]****。In the left navigation pane, click Groups.

  3. 選取群組Select a Group.

  4. 在畫面右邊的 [詳細資料] 窗格中,按一下 [編輯成員和系統管理員]。In the details pane at the right of the screen, click Edit Members and Admins.

  5. 按一下 [新增成員]。Click Add Member.

  6. 搜尋或選取要新增的成員名稱。Search for or select the name of the member you want to add.

  7. 按一下 [新增]****。Click Add.

將成員提升為系統管理員狀態Promote a member to admin status

  1. 瀏覽至 Office 365 系統管理中心。Browse to the Office 365 admin center.

  2. 在左側瀏覽窗格中,按一下 [群組]****。In the left navigation pane, click Groups.

  3. 選取群組Select a Group.

  4. 在畫面右邊的 [詳細資料] 窗格中,按一下 [編輯成員和系統管理員]。In the details pane at the right of the screen, click Edit Members and Admins.

  5. 選取成員。Select a member.

  6. 在畫面右邊的 [詳細資料] 窗格中,按一下 [給予系統管理員狀態]。In the details pane at the right of the screen, click Give Admin Status.
