Schools must ensure all records associated with any user with revoked consent and their associated records, are purged from Office 365. To complete this process for the School Data Sync (SDS) app and service, follow the steps below:

  1. 瀏覽至SDS 入口網站Navigate to the SDS portal.
  2. 按一下右上角中的 [登入] 選項。Click the Sign-in option in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. 登入您的全域管理員帳戶。Sign-in with your Global Admin account.
  4. 選取使用者的位置次或先前已同步處理的同步處理設定檔。Select the sync profile where the user is syncing or has synced previously.
  5. 按一下 [設定檔上的 [刪除] 選項。請參閱以下的圖形。Click the Delete option on the profile. See graphic below.

這些步驟只刪除暫存 SDS 中之檔案的使用者資料。系統管理員仍需要移至隱私權儀表板並刪除包括 Azure Active Directory (AAD) 其他服務。These steps will only delete the user’s data in the temporary files in SDS. Admins still need to go to the privacy dashboard and delete from other services including Azure Active Directory (AAD).
