原因

此問題通常發生在系統管理員使用服務帳戶登入伺服器進行互動式會話，然後註銷之後。例如，系統管理員可以使用伺服器數位帳戶登入 Web 前端 (WFE) 伺服器，然後註銷。此活動會強制卸除該帳戶配置檔中的登錄機碼。此條件會讓金鑰無法供日後使用。

解決方案

若要解決此問題，請使用下列其中一種方法。

方法 1

請勿使用服務帳戶登入伺服器以進行互動式會話。

方法 2

停用相關的 Windows 使用者設定檔服務功能。如果要執行這項操作，請依照下列步驟執行：

在受影響的伺服器上 (Gpedit.msc) 開啟群組原則編輯器。
在下列路徑中開啟 UserProfiles 資料夾：

計算機設定>系統管理範>本系統>UserProfiles
找出 [ 不要在使用者註銷時強制卸除使用者登錄 ] 設定。
將設定變更為 [已啟用]。
