  1. 使用屬於 Operations Manager 管理群組的 Operations Manager 系統管理員角色成員的帳戶開啟 Operations 主控台。Open the Operations console with an account that is a member of the Operations Manager Administrators role for the Operations Manager management group.

確認升級已成功Verify that the upgrade was successful

請執行下列工作來確認升級是否成功。Perform the following tasks to verify that the upgrade was successful.

  • 在健康情況服務監看員狀態檢視中,檢查管理伺服器、閘道伺服器以及代理程式的健康情況狀態。Check the health state of the management and gateway servers, and agents in the Health Service Watcher state view. 在 Operations 主控台的 [系統管理] 工作區中,確定管理伺服器、閘道伺服器和代理程式的狀況良好。In the Administration workspace of the Operations console, ensure that the management and gateway servers, and agents are healthy. 在 [監視] 工作區中,檢查是否有與管理群組健全狀況相關的任何警示。In the Monitoring workspace, check if there are any alerts related to the management group health.
  • 檢閱所有管理伺服器的事件記錄檔,查看是否有新的錯誤。Review the event logs of all the management servers for new errors. 依上次修改時間欄排序警示,檢閱新的警示。Sort alerts by the last-modified column to review the new alerts.
  • 監視資料庫伺服器上的 CPU 和記憶體使用率以及磁碟 I/O,確定資料庫伺服器正常運作。Monitor CPU and memory utilization, and disk I/O on your database servers to ensure that they are functioning normally.
  • 如裝有報表功能,請按一下 [報表],然後執行一般效能報表,確定報表功能正常運作。If the Reporting feature is installed, click Reporting, and then run a generic performance report to ensure that Reporting is functioning correctly.

套用因應措施以讓 AD 規則正常執行Apply the workaround to make the AD rules work

升級至 Operations Manager 2019 之後,先前的 AD 規則無法運作。Previous AD rules do not work after upgrading to Operations Manager 2019. 由於 Active Directory 規則的格式變更,從 Operations Manager 2016 (或比 UR7 更早的 2016 UR)、1801 或 1807 升級至 Operations Manager 2019 後,先前的 AD 規則無法運作。After you upgrade to Operations Manager 2019 from Operations Manager 2016 (or 2016 URs earlier to UR7), 1801 or 1807, previous AD rules do not work due to the change in Active Directory rules' format. 從 Operations Manager 2016 UR7 和 UR8 升級至 Operations Manager 2019 沒有此問題。Upgrade to Operations Manager 2019 from Operations Manager 2016 UR7 and UR8 does not have this issue.
