System Center Operations Manager 管理組件包括規則、監視器及警示的知識,可協助您識別問題、原因及解決方式。System Center Operations Manager management packs include knowledge for rules, monitors, and alerts that helps you identify problems, causes, and resolutions.

知識也可稱為「產品知識」 或「公司知識」 。Knowledge is referred to as product knowledge or company knowledge. 產品知識是在撰寫時內嵌在規則或監視器中。Product knowledge is embedded in a rule or monitor when it is authored. 公司知識會由管理群組的管理員新增,以擴充疑難排解資訊並為操作人員提供公司專屬資訊。Company knowledge is added by management group administrators to expand the troubleshooting information and provide company-specific information for operators. 系統管理員可以使用公司知識建立文件,以記錄針對監視器或規則實作的任何覆寫,以及記錄自訂說明和可能有用的任何其他資訊。Administrators can use company knowledge to document any overrides implemented for a monitor or rule, along with the explanation for the customization and any other information that might be useful.

Operations Manager 會將公司資訊儲存在管理組件中。Operations Manager stores company knowledge in a management pack. 密封的管理組件無法修改,所以 Operations Manager 會將像公司知識這樣的自訂項目儲存在自動管理組件中。Sealed management packs cannot be modified, so Operations Manager saves customizations such as company knowledge in a custom management pack. 根據預設,Operations Manager 會將所有自訂儲存至預設管理組件。By default, Operations Manager saves all customizations to the Default Management Pack. 最佳作法是針對您要自訂的每個密封管理組件建立個別的管理組件。As a best practice, you should instead create a separate management pack for each sealed management pack you want to customize.

編輯公司知識To edit company knowledge

  1. 使用屬於 Operations Manager 作者或管理員角色成員的帳戶開啟 Operations 主控台。Open the Operations console with an account that is a member of the Operations Manager Author or Administrator role.

  2. 按一下 [撰寫中] 。Click Authoring.

  3. 找出要建立文件的監視器或規則。Locate the monitor or rule to be documented.

  7. 按一下 [編輯] 來啟動 Microsoft Office Word。Click Edit to launch Microsoft Office Word.

    [公司知識] 索引標籤只會顯示包含自訂文字的 Word 文件區段。The company knowledge tab displays only the sections of the Word document with custom text.

  9. 按一下 [檔案] 功能表,然後按一下 [儲存] 以儲存您的變更。On the File menu, click Save to save your changes.

    重要

    請勿關閉 Word。Do not close Word.

  10. 回到 [公司知識] 索引標籤並按一下 [儲存] ,然後按一下 [關閉] 。Return to the company knowledge tab and click Save, and then click Close. 這將會關閉 [內容] 對話方塊與 Word。This will close both the properties dialog box and Word.
