備註

更新圖片時，WAM 會同時引發 Updated 和 AccountPictureUpdated 事件，讓接聽 Update 事件來追蹤圖片更新的使用者將不會回歸。

新的布林值屬性 「IsPictureUpdated」 存在於事件的承載中，允許只接聽 AccountUpdated 事件的呼叫端區分圖片更新和一般帳戶更新。
