(dxva2api.h) IDirectXVideoDecoderService 介面

提供 DirectX 視訊加速 (DXVA) 解碼器服務的存取權。使用此介面來查詢哪些硬體加速解碼作業可供使用，並建立 DXVA 視訊解碼器裝置。
