Can't open pdf with Azure Information Protection

Hello, We receive a lot of files under Azure Information Protection and can't open any of them. Just trying to understand if it's on our end or the encryption was incorrect.     Thank you for your post! It looks like your screenshots weren't uploaded correctly, would you be able to re-upload them?

    If you're having issues opening an AIP protected PDF file, you might have to install a protected PDF reader. PDF readers for classified and/or protected PDFs enable you to open encrypted PDFs that contain sensitive information. Protected PDF readers that support Azure Information Protection (AIP) verify that you've been granted permissions to open the document, and also decrypt the content for you.

    Hello James,
    Thank you. I've downloaded Azure Information Protection Viewer app and it didn't work the first time.
    I downloaded it again and this time everything worked.
