Hi @MPEG ,
Thanks for your reply.
It works in the past with the same folder with outlook 2016, since I installed Outlook 2019, it does not work.
Considering that this issue only occurred after upgrading Outlook version, what else specific operations did you do before this problem occurred?
Troubleshooting from the perspective of Outlook client itself, please try the suggestions below:
- I did some search and found some other users who have the similar issue could solve this issue by caching less emails for the past and restarting Outlook, please try it and see if it helps.
- Outlook add-ins and registry keys might cause issue like this. So it is suggested to start your Outlook in safe mode (Press Win + R, type “outlook /safe”, press Enter.) and see if the issue continues.
- Usually, if your Outlook profile or local cached datafile is corrupted, errors like this may also happen. Please try creating and using a new Outlook profile via Control Panel > Mail > Show profile and see if there is any difference.
By the way, it is also suggested to compare the bit version between your old 2016 version and the new 2019 version. As I know, the 64-bit version of Outlook has better compatibility than the 32-bit version of Outlook and has a better performance in memory issue. If possible, it is suggested to completely uninstall your Outlook and re-install the 64-bit version of Outlook to see if the problem can be resolved.
