Generally speaking, when assigning a new private app, the device will sync the status with Intune every 8 hours. At any time, users can open the Company Portal app, Settings > Sync to immediately check for policy or profile updates.
From the device side, please do the following recommendations to let updates automatically done.
- Recommended: Turn on Auto-Updates within the Google Play store, this will ensure that you always have the latest version on your device.
- Ensure your notifications are turned on for Google Play Store to let you know when your app needs to be updated.
