In MS Store for Business, there are some Adblock Universal Apps available but none of them are compatible with new Edge Chromium. They did work in old Edge, but not with the Chromium. If I go to the MS Store (Consumer), I see more Adblock apps there available and latest versions do work with Chromium. The main problem is, that not all Adblock APPS are available in MS Store For Business, which are available in MS Store.

These I tried via MS Store for Business & Intune, and they do nothing in Chromium.

With new edge chromium, you can try to use administrative templates and it works fine.
    Refer this blog https://www.inthecloud247.com/manage-microsoft-edge-chromium-extensions-with-microsoft-intune/

    Thanks,

@Pavel yannara Mirochnitchenko , From Intune side, after integrating MS store for Business with Intune, it will sync the app which is purchased under MS store for Business to Intune. But if the app is not under MS store for Business, it can't be synced to Intune. I notice the APP is under Microsoft Store. Maybe you can consider to add it via Microsoft store app which users install the app from the Company Portal app or website. We can see more details in the following link:

    Hope it can help.
