I've already updated windows, all anti-virus software are turned off.
I downloaded a .iso file for vs community 2015, however, the problem remains same. In task manager, the process information is quite normal. When I right click the process and choose 'go to the detailed information (G)' (I'm not sure it is the exact translation), I saw a process named 'vs_community.exe'. It is normal and not waiting for other process.
Moreover, the interface is only a black square with about 0.5 cm height and 4 cm width, which can be drag everywhere. I don't think it is caused by the damage of iso file, because I have seen that today (before, occasionally) for vs installer.
I use pip to install a python package called 'madmom' for audio processing. No matter using cmd or pycharm IDE, it shows the same (error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 or greater is required. )
