Changed phones and now Authenticator won't send me the notifications to log in to my university account.

Since changing phones I am having issues with Authenticator. It sends me the notifications to approve log ins to my personal email account but it won't send me the notifications to log in to my university email account. I can't even log in to my university account long enough to email the IT Service Desk. How do I solve this?
