I have two SQL instances running on Windows, SQL cluster having 2 Node with shared storage( Active, Active type)
SQL sever version is running on SQL 2012 Enterprise edition
Can we implement Alwayson on this for HA ,DR. Is it feasible then what are the complexities and steps.

Thanks I have used FCI ie Active Passive Cluster having shared storage with alwayson AG for DR which is doable but didn't use
For two node having two different Sql server instances for AG DR.
Did not get any such info in particular with two SQL instances running having alwayson HA and DR implemented with 3 Nodes.

The way your configuration work right, You could do many move but your best bet is to go over here and read about what you really need;
Prerequisites, Restrictions, and Recommendations for Always On availability groups
Make sure configuration is using the same exploitation system, is not domain controlled and ensure that each computer is a node in a WSFC.
You already have 2 clustered instance with sharding , see if you meet the requirements first, and make sure to have a backup failover but also check out requirements for your config understanding specifics clustering guidelines recommended. Failover Cluster Requirements
