Missing email

Hi,

I don't get an e-mail when I receive a comment in the Q&A Forum (uwp) concerning a topic I created.

I don't like the two-level answers, they're much more complicated. Please, could you make the forum like the old one? I'm sorry.

    @Dave Patrick the mail notifications are working again today. We deployed a fix with the issue this morning.

    Update from Sandra;

    we found the issue and we are testing the fix today. We are targeting the deployment of the fix on Tuesday, Feb 18 (as Monday is a holiday for us). Thanks a lot for your patience.

    We are currently working on improving the forum as per the feedbacks and suggestions provided. And we really appreciate you for doing that.

    You should be able to receive notifications if your settings are set correctly. Please take a look at below screenshots to ensure you have set it correctly.

    Navigate to your Profile --> Settings. and see if the below settings are set.

    Hi,

    I checked all e-mail directories. No email there. My settings should be okay, too.
