Hello,
I would like to use a .csv to migrate folders from an on-prem file server to OneDrive 365 folders.
I get this error from the SharePoint 365 Migration Manager.
The task was stopped because of unexpected internal error. The task can be resumed by clicking the task continuing button. If you encounter this error repeatedly, please report the issue to Microsoft. (ErrorCode: 0x0207000A)
Can you help me?
Thanks

I'm a bit late, but hopefully my experience will help someone.
I received this error (0x0207000A) while attempting a file migration to a Teams channel
I know the OPs issue relates to OneDrive, but I believe this error could relate to a destination path that doesn't exist.
If you create a new Team/Channel and attempt to migrate data to this path, make sure you click on the "files" tab first inside the channel.
If you don't, the document library won't be created (yet), sometimes an error is displayed the very first time you open "the files" tab, then after a refresh - it works!
This is the process of the document library creation.
After clicking on the "files" tab within the channel - the error disappeared within Migration Manager and I was able to proceed.
I hope this helps.
Hi*
asked in a different way: has anyone on this earth ever had success with the tool and performed a successful migration?
All I can find everywhere is the same question, but no answer to it, and the Microsoft troubleshooting web page does not list this exact error code (0x0207000A).
Unfortunately, it makes no difference at all whether you use the SPMT or go via the Sharepoint Admin Center.
The permissions on both the sharepoint and the source directory are correct. The OneDrives of the corresponding users are also already present. All requirements are met.
I don't really feel like opening a Microsoft ticket because of this....
Hello Jerry Xu-MSFT,
I launch well via the SharePoint Migration Tool. And the error happens systematically when I launch the task.
I just have to ask the support, because the error message, even Google does not know it.
Thanks anyway
Hi, @Jean-Philippe Gillet ,
First I want to confirm you are using the SharePoint Online Migration manager like the screenshot below instead of the migration tool.
If this is the migration manager you are using now, have you tried to resume the task again? If the error pops up repeatedly, please open a service request about this issue.
