This isn't a Microsoft Learning specific question. This is an Azure Active Directory question. The mention of Microsoft Learning was merely to provide context.
Tennant created outside of my account as part of Microsoft Learning
Going through the Microsoft Learning stuff to get some Azure exams and certs under my belt. For some reason, when spooling up a learning environment, it appears that a new tenant was created but that it was no linked to my normal Azure account. It seems to have created a whole new account with this unmanaged directory in it. Further, it pilfered my domain and tenant name which I have been able to partially correct, but there is still this other tenant out there. I would be able to claim the unmanaged directory so that I can use it, but following instructions I found on line (eg using PowerBI and Office365 portals) have not worked.
I need help on how to either delete what the Microsoft Learn stuff tried to setup, or figure out how to get it inside my already existing Azure account login.

Microsoft Learning is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).
You can ask the experts in the dedicated Microsoft Learning forum over here:
