Not able to login using Microsoft Authenticator App

Question

I am global admin in our organization account on Microsoft. I actually have not set any two step authentication for logging into our account. Now i am unable to login to account without code on Microsoft Authenticator App. How to recover when there is no admin except me in the organization. Can we reset our account with the help of Microsoft support team?
