I have the app for signing in to my Norton 360 security. It has been working fine ever since I since i installed the Microsoft Authenticator App on my phone... but now for some reason when I input the Code generated by the app in to my Log in on Norton 360 it keeps on saying code incorrect.... but it's not.... have tried numerous times. What I've done so far: deleted and reinstalled the app cleared cache and cookies on my desktop -contacted Norton support - useless -Made sure my time and region is synced on Android phone where app is and the desktop I'm using. Exceeded log in attempts to Norton360, so it resents after an hour... and again cleared cache and cookies. Norton log in askes for code from correct account on Microsoft Authenticator.... but the code generated by the App still is rejected by Norton saying it is incorrct...but it's not...this is doing my head in!
