If you see this error when using PowerShell module, you need to update it to the lasted version as said in the blog that provided by michev.
If you see this error when sign into a SAML-based single sign-on (SSO) configured app, you need to follow steps below to narrow it:
- Ensure that the value in the SAML request matches the Reply URL value configured in Azure AD.AssertionConsumerServiceURL
- Verify or update the value in the Reply URL textbox to match the value in the SAML request.AssertionConsumerServiceURL
