Deleted Work Account from Authenticator App and I cannot login now

Question

Deleted my work account from my Authenticator App because it was not working and now I cannot login in my web apps, every web app asks for Authenticator approval. Then when I try to add the work account in my Authenticator app, the Authenticator App asks for approval from the Authenticator App !!! As weird as it sounds! So, I am in a kind of loop. The only options Microsoft authentication offers me are for the Authenticator App, which is not available. Can you help me, please ?

You'll need to choose sign in another way then reset the account two factor.

Try the Get Help app, eventually the bot will give up and hand off to someone you can chat with
