How about using standalone media: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/osd/deploy-use/use-stand-alone-media-to-deploy-windows-without-using-the-network?
Can you manualy copy files to a managed PC and run OSD using the Locally copied Files?
We have some MECM managed Windows 7 PC's that are on slow satellite links. Is it possible to ship the files to those locations, have them copied to the hard drives of those PC's and run OSD to use the locally copied files and install Windows 10?

The client is asking me if it's possible to FTP the files to the client PC .
Is it possible?
They prefer doing that vs using snail mail to send physical media. -

2021-10-07T15:41:05.077+00:00 FTP? Why would anyone use FTP and what advantage would that provide anyway? The content has to be transferred one way or another and FTP doesn't change that.
If they want to pre-cache the content, then OSD supports doing this as well: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/osd/deploy-use/configure-precache-content
