@Jack H , On Intune side, we can get all the devices' hardware information which are assigned to a specific Autopilot profile. Here is a link for the reference:

If we want to find what is the affected one, we can open case to check the background log to see if we can find it.

Or we can try to see if we can open PowerShell when we click Win+R in red screen on the affected device. If yes, then we can get hardware information there. Here is a link for the reference:
