That is a well-known glitch. Unfortunately, there is no single fix for this problem; different measures help in different environments. You may try the following:
- Remove the volume from Cluster Shared Storage (back to available storage) and re-add it back.
- Make sure cluster core resources and cluster shared volume are on the same node that you are using to delete the files. You may try to migrate both to different cluster nodes and see if file operations work there.
- Sometimes, the 0x80070057 error is caused by a background process currently running on CSV, so try waiting for some time to resolve the issue or, if applicable, restart the cluster.
