How can I link my Microsoft authenticator app accounts on both of my android phones so I can access the passwords for my apps
I have different apps downloaded on each phone, ideally I would like to just have all app passwords accessible for both devices

    Have you tried to go to https://aka.ms/mfasetup and add a new second factor method as Authenticator App?

    According to the article you should receive notifications on both devices.
