@Eduard Kautz this is the new default from Microsoft. Microsoft no longer supports printer connections when the client is Windows 7.
There is a registry setting to allow Windows 7 connections.
I have a feeling you might be looking for that.
You would have to have a special support agreement with Microsoft to get the Windows 7 machine running the same protocol as the new default.
The registry setting on the print server will disable the new default protocol requirement https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/managing-deployment-of-printer-rpc-binding-changes-for-cve-2021-1678-kb4599464-12a69652-30b9-3d61-d9f7-7201623a8b25
A Print Spooler restart is required.
