Hello @Anderson Neil; IT Infrastructure Manager
The most usual issue is that your computer is missing some update, or was not installed correctly, thus reporting as incorrect version.
You can run the command WINVER to display the version information of your computer.
As actions, I would recommend the next, logged as Administrator or with user part of Administrator group:
- Reset Windows update components: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-toreset-windows-update-components-in-windows/14b86efd-1420-4916-9832-829125b1e8a3?auth=1
- Cleanup WinSxS folder: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/clean-up-the-winsxs-folder?view=windows-11
- Check Windows Update for any updates available and repeat until appears "You´re up to date" (use the option "Check online for updates from Microsoft Update" if available)
Hope this helps with your query,
