Windows 11 PC Health Check on Win10 21H2

2022-01-14T07:49:03.23+00:00

Anyone else running Windows 10 21H2 and tried running Windows 11 PC Health Check and been unable to?

When I try to run it on this version, I'm advised that need to run Windows 10 1803 or greater (which I am).

I have a feeling that the Health Check application thinks I'm already running Windows 11 as 21H2 is both a Win10 and Win11 version.

Going to be one for a MSFT representative I think.

Hello @Anderson Neil; IT Infrastructure Manager

The most usual issue is that your computer is missing some update, or was not installed correctly, thus reporting as incorrect version.

You can run the command WINVER to display the version information of your computer.

As actions, I would recommend the next, logged as Administrator or with user part of Administrator group:

Hope this helps with your query,
