We understand that at this time you are trying to use mapping data flow to connect to Oracle , unfortunately Oracle is not supported as a source / sink in mapping data flow at this time . You can read more on the same here .At this time Copy activity and Lookup activity only support Oracle .

Product group does monitor the request and they can plan for the implementation in future .Once you log the feature request you will also be notified on the status of the request
