One drive recycle bin issue

Hello I have an issue with a users one drive when another person is deleting a file/folder in a sharepoint location it appears in the users recycle bin, is there any solution to resolve this issue.

    From the description of your question, my understanding is that when someone deletes a file/folder in SharePoint, this file/folder will appear in the corresponding user's OneDrive Recycle Bin, right?

    • First, when you delete an item from a SharePoint document library or list, it's not immediately deleted from SharePoint. Deleted items go to the site Recycle Bin for a period of time. During this time, you can restore the items you deleted to their original location, or remove them to free up storage space.
    • Second, items deleted in SharePoint will only appear in the corresponding site Recycle Bin; items deleted in OneDrive will only appear in the OneDrive Recycle Bin of the corresponding user account.
