My customer's insurance company is now requiring multi-factor authentication for email for their on-premises Exchange Server 2019.

I am looking for an add-on package that is reliable and easy to setup. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Thank you! I'll look these over, and report back.

A couple others I am looking at are UserLock and Duo. Both at the domain level rather than the Exchange level.

I am starting to see the challenge of this.

Duo will add MFA to OWA, but not Outlook Anywhere or Exchange Activesync.

UserLock will add MFA to OWA and Outlook Anywhere (with add-on), but not Exchange Activesync.

Hybrid Modern Authentication works for Outlook on desktop and mobile, but not with OWA.

Deepnet's product is the only way to protect all three scenarios that I have found so far.
