Cannot search attachment content Outlook 365 Terminal Server 2019

Hi,

Having issues being unable to search for attachment content in Shared mailbox in Outlook 365 on Terminal Server 2019.
Able to search in my own mailbox for attachment content no problem, can also search for other emails in the Shared Mailbox no problem - but not attachment content.

I have rebuilt the Outlook profile and re-indexed the search - none of these things fix the issue.

This is happening with a number of different people, all with different shared mailboxes - however the error is always the same, no attachment content can be searched.
The shared mailboxes are all set to Cached mode.

Anyone else come across this?

    Thanks for you reply.

    According to my search, this is currently no official document saying the known issue about Shared Mailbox search and FSLogix.

    As far as I know, when you are in cached mode and using the Outlook built-in search, by default, Outlook only searches your Current Mailbox.
    So it is suggested you change the search scope to Current Folder when you search for some folders of shared mailbox.

    I can understand you are facing issue with outlook search in Windows 2019 RDS environment.

    Please try to enable the native search index of Windows without FSlogix and only edited one key:
    Set the following registry value if not present or already set to 0 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Search] "EnablePerUserCatalog"=dword:00000000

    If the issue still continues, since we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client in normal environment and know little about FSLogix
