Opting in to new features

App makers can opt in to new features in their current apps when they are ready. New features are available for a limited time before the features are auto-enabled in all apps. With this process, app makers can try out the features in existing apps and make any changes needed before the features are rolled out globally. If an app maker creates an app, it will take advantage of any new feature available.
