Setup Requirements

Review the information and requirements listed on the Setup Requirements page before you complete Setup.

Symbol	Description
	Blocking. Indicates a condition that prevents Setup from continuing. To determine whether you can fix the condition, double-click the requirement and read the details.
	Warning. Indicates a condition that may cause problems with your installation. To determine whether you can fix the condition, double-click the requirement and read the details.
	Informational. Indicates information that you should know before beginning Setup. To read the details and possible solutions, double-click the requirement and read the details.

To update the list after resolving a requirement, click Check Again.

To continue Setup, you must resolve all blocking requirements, and either fix each warning requirement or select the I acknowledge all warnings check box.

Note

• If you need to restart your computer, you must run Setup again.

  To run Setup from Windows Small Business Server 2003 Disc 1 or the DVD (if available), click Start, and then click Run. The Run dialog box appears.

  If you are using a CD, in Open, type D: \Setup.exe (where D is the letter of your disc drive), and then click Set Up Small Business Server.

  If you are using a DVD, in Open, type D: \CD1\Setup.exe (where D is the letter of your disc drive), and then click Set Up Small Business Server.
