An important aspect of backing up the server and data on your Windows SBS network is the ability to restore your server and data.

  • After a system failure or disaster, you can restore your system from your most recent backup. For more information, see Restoring Windows Small Business Server.

  • If you have configured your server to recover deleted items, you might be able to recover files and e-mail messages that you have permanently deleted. For more information, see Recovering deleted items.
