Die DeclaringType -Eigenschaft ruft einen Verweis auf einen Type für den Typ ab, der diesen Member deklariert. Ein Member einer Klasse (oder Schnittstelle) wird entweder deklariert oder von einer Basisklasse (oder Schnittstelle) geerbt. Die zurückgegebene Type ist möglicherweise nicht identisch mit der Type der Klasse, die den XML-Webdienst implementiert (wenn diese Klasse von einer Basisklasse abgeleitet wird und die von dieser Klasse dargestellte Methode in dieser Basisklasse deklariert wird, ist die Type zurückgegebene die Basisklasse).
