LinkedIn is no longer available in the Outlook Social Connector
Original KB number: 3053944
In Microsoft Outlook, you experience the following symptoms:
After you install the March 10, 2015, update for Outlook Social Connector 2013 (KB2737996)), LinkedIn is no longer available in the Social Connector in Outlook. For example, when you select View > People Pane > Account Settings, LinkedIn isn't displayed in the Social Network Accounts dialog box.
If you have not installed the March 10, 2015, update for Outlook Social Connector 2013, LinkedIn is still available in the Social Connector in Outlook. However, you cannot connect to your LinkedIn account.
LinkedIn contact information that was previously synced to Outlook is no longer updated.
The LinkedIn Social Connector feature for Outlook 2013, Outlook 2010, and Outlook 2007 has been deprecated.
