If you forget your password, MSN can help you recover or reset it.

  1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot Your Password?

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Note

If you're signed in to MSN on more than one computer when you change your password, you must sign out of MSN on all computers before you can sign in to MSN with your new password.
