Can't view videos

For the videos on to work correctly, Adobe Flash Player 9 or later or Microsoft Silverlight 3 or later must be installed on your computer. If you have Adobe Flash Player 9 or later or Microsoft Silverlight 3 or later installed on your computer and the videos still don't work, you may need to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Flash Player or Microsoft Silverlight.

To uninstall and reinstall Adobe Flash Player:

  1. Follow the uninstallation instructions at How to uninstall Adobe Flash Player.

  2. Reinstall Adobe Flash Player from How to reinstall Adobe Flash Player.

To uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Silverlight:

  1. Make sure that you're logged on to your computer as an administrator, and that you've closed any web browser windows that you have open.

  2. From the Microsoft Windows Start menu, open the Control Panel.

  3. In Windows XP or earlier, double-click Add/Remove Programs.

    In Windows Vista or later, under Programs, click Uninstall a program.

  4. In the list of programs, click Microsoft Silverlight, click Remove or Uninstall, and then follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall Microsoft Silverlight.

  5. Reinstall Microsoft Silverlight from Get Started - Install Silverlight.
