I've created a rule in my Outlook account, now I want to export it but there isn't any option in rules management section to export them, either in web or desktop view.

So how can I export it in a file?User's image

    Hi @Usama Saleem ,

Judging from your screenshot, you are using the new Outlook. Unfortunately, the function of importing and exporting rules is currently not supported on the web side and the new Outlook. As a workaround, you can switch back to the classic Outlook by clicking the toggle button in the top right corner of the window.

To export the rule in the classic Outlook, you can follow these steps:

    1. Click the File tab and select Manage Rules and Alerts.
    2. Click Export Rules, choose a location and name for the file, and save it.
    3. The file will be saved with an .rwz extension, which can only be opened and used within Outlook.

If you need to import rules into another Outlook account, you can do so by selecting Import Rules, locating the file, and opening it. The imported rules will be added to the end of the existing list of rules.

For more detailed instructions, you can refer to the official Microsoft support page on Import or export a set of rules . Remember, you can only import one set of rules at a time when exporting.
