Administrators and other school and district leaders utilize Staff Teams as a single tool for many different purposes. Use a Staff Team to organize the distribution and collection of information to and from staff. Reduce email churn and communicate more efficiently. Track data such as assessments, learner behaviors, attendance, and academic performance. Utilize the same Team for professional development and professional growth plans.
Like Class Teams, Staff Teams have a read-only section, a collaboration section, Leader-only section, and a private section for each team member.
PLC Teams can be started for any group whose focus is on professional growth. This can be a book club or any area of interest a group of educators has in common. PLC Teams come with a pre-created OneNote Notebook based on the Dufour PLC model.
