Hello, I started using outlook 1.2024.508.600 desktop version. I cannot see people availability when I compose an email. I mean the green or red dot on the bottom right corner of people initials or image.

On top of this, when I create a meeting invitation I cannot add my signature.

thank you

Alberto

Hi @Alberto Sala - NBSL EMEA

    Welcome to our forum!

I cannot see people availability when I compose an email. I mean the green or red dot on the bottom right corner of people initials or image.

According to my tests, in New Outlook you need to manually click on the user's email address to view the user's status. And you can't view the status of users outside your organization.

On top of this, when I create a meeting invitation I cannot add my signature.

Thanks for the feedback! Currently, there is no option to add a signature directly in a meeting invitation in New Outlook. I'm afraid you'll need to add the signature manually.

In the meantime, I will present this feedback on the official feedback portal. I will leave the link below so that you or others can also vote or comment there when they see this topic. Hopefully, Microsoft will take notice of this in the future.
