Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys preconfigures an appealing event website where people can read about and register for your events. The event site fetches all relevant graphics and information for each published event from Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys, and then visitors can view the scheduled and available sessions, read about event speakers, register themselves and others for an event, create a registration account, and modify or cancel an event registration.

The first time that you install Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys, the then-current event website is installed on your Microsoft Power Pages solution and is ready to use out of the box. The website won't be updated or overwritten when you update Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys, so you can customize the copy that's installed on your portal. If you want to modify the behavior and appearance of the event website, you can customize it with the help of a developer.

Microsoft has continued to develop the event website and add changes with each new release of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys, so if you want to take advantage of the latest features, you can download it, compare it with your own customized site, and add the new features that you want.
