Review the event business process
A standard business workflow for events is provided out of the box, but you can customize it to match the established process at your organization.
All required and business-critical fields are available at the top of the page in the business workflow, where you can fill out the fields quickly when creating your event. All settings that you enter in the business workflow will also be visible among the other event details that are farther down the page. You'll still be able to view and edit these settings even after you have moved forward to the next stage in the workflow.
