Install Visio

Visio is sold as a stand-alone application so if you don't have it yet, Buy or try Visio.

Note: Visio Online Plan 1 doesn't include a desktop version of Visio, so no installation is possible.

If you have a subscription to Visio Online Plan 2, you must assign a license to a user or they won't have an option to install Visio from My installs in the My account portal.

Non-volume license versions of Visio Standard or Visio Professional are associated with Microsoft accounts and can't be managed in the admin center. To install these versions, users must sign in to account.microsoft.com with the Microsoft account associated with this version of Visio.
