Microsoft Azures “Account has been disable” İssue

Hello deer Microsoft Team;
My name is Mustafa and I heard about your opportunities which is Azure amd I get account with my university mail and I start to use freetrial version of server. At the begining period it was okay but by the passing time ı get this issue down below and ı can not fix it

But ı have almost 190$ but It decrease when ı build vm however I can not get in to the vm but my deposit decrease
