No place to "Alert Me" when someone replies to a question.

Did you set the new docs.microsoft.com questons/answers to be automatically notified if someone replies to your question? I don't see any "Alert Me" on the new format.

I've noticed there are no notifications myself.

The configuration of notifications can be done in your User Profile -> Settings -> Q&A email notifications

More details you can find here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/articles/67444/email-notifications.html
