I noticed many threads which people opened in order to send feedback on different Microsoft Products. Clearly this is something that the team noticed as well and we can see that there is a relevant tag for these threads.
The problem IMO is that the tag only deal with the behavior and not with the source of the issue.
It is totally understandable that a person who come to Microosft Official forums will want to give feedback on Microsoft Product and when he see the option "Site Feedback" it seems like this is the site option to post feedback on Microsoft products. It is not clear that the idea is to post feedback regarding the QnA forums only.
My suggestions are
(1) to change the text on the button to make it clear. There is place to use longer text and it can be something like "Post feedback about the QnA system".
(2) in the main page of the site feedback (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/content/idea/list.html), there should be explanation what this place is and for what. Exactly as we have in each page when we filter by specific tag.
