how to setup Q&A for a specific channel like Commerce

As we will be moving away from UserVoice feedback sites on a product-by-product basis throughout the 2021 calendar year, we need to leverage 1st party solutions for customer feedback. Hence, we are evaluating options to leverage Microsoft Q&A portal to setup for our channel.

Any guidance will be appreciated.

@PrabhakaranSethuramanPRAB-1466 Microsoft Q&A feedback will only support feedback on Microsoft Q&A. We are not planning to support feedback on other products as a result of the closure of UserVoice. Please ping me internally if you want to discuss this further.

For now the Q&A forum is strictly on Microsoft Product with current support only. I don't think they'll allow 3rd parties to start new channel here. (At least for now...)
